1.     In A Spin Discos (hereafter referred to as we, us or our) will agree to provide DJ services to the Client named on the Contract (hereafter referred to as you or your) subject to the booking agreement and these terms and conditions*. Any breach of the agreement and/or terms and conditions may result in our terminating of the agreement, and penalties charged.

*Note:

i.  All bookings that include, partially or wholly, the band Superphonic are subject to different terms and conditions, a copy of which can be provided on request.

ii. Occasionally, we will perform events through entertainment agencies. Where this is the case, our agreement is with the agency, and the agency will have an agreement with you. In these circumstances, your contract is with the agency, and our terms and conditions will not apply to you.ext here...

 2.     All booking enquiries, via e-mail and/or made by any other means, electronic or otherwise, are subject to our availability, and we cannot guarantee that we will be available on the date you require us to play. 

3.     All booking enquiries will be responded to by us as soon as possible. If we are available for the date that you request, we will reserve the date and issue a contract to hold the date for 14 days. Once the contract has been agreed and signed by all parties, the booking is confirmed and our cancellation fees apply. If a signed contract is not received by us within the stated timescales we will endeavour to contact you, but without an agreed and signed contract we reserve the right to retract our services and to accept other offers of work for the date.
