4. On acceptance of booking with us, we require a deposit of 10% or £25 (whichever is the greater) of the final balance quoted, in the form of a cheque payment, within a set timescale (usually 14 days from the date of issuing the contract). Failure to send the deposit in the required timescale, or subsequent non-clearance of the cheque, will deem the booking null and void, and we will cancel the booking. In all circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable.

5.     If the event is cancelled by you, you must contact us immediately by phone and follow-up in writing to the address stated on the contract. Where this happens, in addition to the non-refundable deposit, the following cancellation fees are applicable:

   - where notice is given of more than 28 days (prior to the function date), no cancellation

  fee will apply

  - where notice is given of between 15-28 days, a cancellation fee of £25 will be charged

  -  where notice is given of between 8-14 days, a cancellation fee of £50 will be charged

  -  where notice is given of 7 days or less, a cancellation fee of £100 will be charged

6.     The times that we shall play will be stated on the contract issued for the booking. Any addition hours required outside of these times attracts the following surcharges (unless otherwise agreed with us prior to the event):

  - Prior to agreed start time: £25 per ½ hour or part of

  - After agreed finish time (up to 1am): £25 per ½ hour or part of

  - After agreed finish time (1am onwards): £50 per ½ hour or part of

7.     All remaining monies owed (i.e. fee plus any surcharges less deposit paid) will be due on the date of the function. In the event of cancellation, all remaining monies owed (i.e. cancellation fee, if applicable) will be due within 7 days of cancellation date.
